By accessing PackIndex at opnplatform.com, operated by Polimex Trade Inc. (Reg. 737573816, 10225 Yonge St, Richmond Hill, ON L4C 3B2, Canada), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Data disclaimer
All index values, commodity prices, and market signals published on PackIndex are for indicative purposes only. They do not constitute financial, procurement, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions made using PackIndex data.
3. Intellectual property
The PackIndex methodology, index calculations, brand, and platform design are the exclusive property of Polimex Trade Inc. Redistribution or resale of index data without a commercial licence is prohibited.
4. Contributor data
By submitting a Pulse contribution you grant OPN a non-exclusive, irrevocable licence to aggregate and publish the anonymised signal as part of the PackIndex. No personally identifiable or commercially sensitive data is ever published.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
