Privacy Policy
What we collect
Account information (name, email, company), usage analytics (pages viewed, indices accessed, session timestamps), and anonymised market pulse submissions. We do not collect payment card details — payments are handled by Stripe.
How we use it
Your data is used to deliver PackIndex, process subscriptions, send transactional emails, and improve index accuracy using aggregated anonymous inputs. We do not sell your data to any third party.
Pulse contributions
When you submit a Pulse signal, only the anonymised directional signal is stored and aggregated. The fact that you submitted is logged for your account history, but your specific submission is immediately anonymised before aggregation. No supplier names or commercial values are retained.
What we do NOT store
We do not store the contents of any search queries or filter inputs you make on the platform. Preference data (currency, theme, layer selection) is stored in your browser only and never transmitted to our servers.
Third-party processors
Stripe processes subscription payments under PCI DSS Level 1 compliance. Anthropic Claude powers AI co-worker features in PACKIQ. No other third parties have access to your account or usage data.
Retention & deletion
Usage analytics are retained for 24 months then purged. Account data is held for the duration of your account plus 24 months. Email packiq@opnplatform.com to request early deletion.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Submit requests to packiq@opnplatform.com. We will respond within 30 days.
