Questions

How do I add PackIndex to ChatGPT?

Open the PackIndex app in ChatGPT (button above) or go to Apps and search “PackIndex”, then select Connect. Mention PackIndex in a chat, or pick it from the + menu, to use it.

Do I need a PackIndex account?

Not for price questions. When a question needs your own data — projects, RFQs, PACKIQ agents — ChatGPT opens the PackIndex sign-in and you choose the permissions.

Does it cost extra?

No. Price questions work without an account and show the free reference values. Signed in, your own PackIndex plan applies exactly as on the website: live values on Essential and above, Suite runs for Design Studio, PACKIQ credits for agents and your Exchange plan for RFQs.

What does PackIndex see from my chats?

Only what the assistant passes to a PackIndex tool, such as an index code or a quantity — never your chat history, memories or files.

How do I disconnect?

Remove PackIndex in the assistant, or open opnplatform.com/portal → Settings → MCP Access and revoke it.

PackIndex also works in Claude · Microsoft Copilot · Cursor · Grok · Meta Muse, and any MCP client — tools, permissions and setup.
