PackIndex and PACKIQ use session cookies for authentication and security. We also use Google Analytics 4 (first-party cookie only) to understand platform usage — no personal data is transmitted. No advertising cookies or tracking pixels are used.
Session cookies
A session cookie is set on login and expires after 24 hours of inactivity or when you close your browser. It is used solely to maintain your authenticated session.
Preference storage
Your currency, theme, and layer preferences are stored in browser localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
Analytics cookies
Google Analytics 4 uses a first-party analytics cookie to measure aggregate, anonymous platform usage — pages viewed, session duration, and feature interaction. No personally identifiable information is transmitted to Google. Analytics can be blocked using standard browser privacy extensions.
Managing cookies
You can clear cookies at any time via your browser settings. Disabling session cookies will require you to log in on each visit. Disabling analytics cookies has no effect on platform functionality.
No advertising cookies
We do not use any advertising networks, retargeting pixels, social media tracking cookies, or third-party cookie syncing. If you see OPN advertising elsewhere, it is managed through privacy-safe contextual ad platforms that do not use cookies from our platform.
