Submit a full supplier price list. The Benchmarker maps every line to the nearest PackIndex L3 index, computes deviation for each, and ranks lines from most to least competitive. Identifies where the supplier is above market and quantifies the annual overbilling at your volumes.
Example use case
A procurement team receives an annual price list from their corrugated supplier with 34 line items. The Benchmarker processes all 34 lines, identifies 9 above the PackIndex CORR benchmark by more than 8%, and calculates £47,000 annual overbilling at current volumes — with a renegotiation priority list.
