Spec Compliance Monitor

Detect specification drift before it becomes a customer complaint

Run this agent →

What it does

Submit your quality control readings against specification limits. The Spec Compliance Monitor applies SPC analysis, flags readings outside tolerance, calculates Cpk, and identifies trend direction — distinguishing random variation from systematic drift.

Example use case

A corrugated plant submits 12 consecutive BCT readings for SKU-A101 (target 12.5 kN, tolerance +/-0.8). The monitor calculates Cpk of 0.71, identifies a downward trend in the last 6 readings, and flags the line for immediate investigation.

Frequently asked questions

What spec data can I submit?
Any quantitative quality measurement: BCT, ECT, caliper, moisture content, print registration deviation.
What is Cpk?
Process Capability Index — measures how centred and consistent a process is within its specification limits. Cpk >1.33 is typically required.
Does it predict future failures?
It identifies trend direction and calculates how many cycles before the spec limit is breached at the current rate of drift.
